Adrian is an entrepreneur and Journeyman Electrician with over 20 years of experience in construction, accounting, and finance. He manages the finances and plays a key role in creating financial strategies to maximize the value of the company. He has his Associates degree from CTU in Business Administration and is currently working on completing his bachelor’s degree in Finance with a Minor in Accounting at the University of Houston Downtown, which afterwards he plans to become a licensed CPA.  

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Adrian started his career in construction and 2002 as an apprentice electrician with the IBEW working on residential and commercial projects. He later became employed by Honest Electric [2007], and after much time and training he became a journeyman electrician where he worked on various construction projects including the construction of several T-Mobile stores, Men's Warehouse and Starbucks coffees facilities. He developed a passion for construction development and management, which eventually open a door for him to become a partner in a general contracting company with a specialty in electrical.

There he had the opportunity to grow by being involved in estimating, project development and management and land acquisition and development. He further moved into assisting the founder of the company in the accounting needs of the business. This is where he gained additional experience in A/P, A/R, payroll and financial reporting and analysis. To become a more efficient entrepreneur, he enrolled into college in 2011 where he earned his Associates in Business Management from CTU in 2013. Later in 2019 he continues to work part-time to complete his degree in finance with a minor in accounting by 2024.

In 2014, he was asked to become a part of the Solentricx team where he was allowed the freedom and opportunity to grow and use his skills to help maximize the value of the company. Later, Solentricx made a change in 2021 to mainly operate as a General Contractor, and DRM Electrical Solutions, Inc. was created to continue providing services as an Electrical Contractor. Adrian came up with the name DRM to honor his wife Deyanira, his daughter Raissa and his son Maximillian. Adrian is devoted Christian who loves to read, mentor the youth, listening to jazz and spending time with his loving wife, children, grandchildren and dear friends.

Deyanira is a bilingual entrepreneur, who is licensed in the State of Texas as a Master Electrician with extensive knowledge of electrical and building codes and standards. She has vast experience in designing, constructing and managing residential and commercial projects. During her 30 years in the construction industry, she has acquired and developed her skills in project management, including but not limited to, the use of computer technology to bid projects, track job progress, control project costs and schedule operational tasks that enabled project completion on time and under budget. 

She has consistently delivered quality and excellence in workmanship. Furthermore, she is poised and competent with demonstrated ability to easily transcend cultural differences. She performs with excellence when placed in a deadline-driven environment, and possesses excellent team-building skills. 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 Deyanira started her construction career in 1993 working on commercial projects in New York. In 1995, she later joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) apprenticeship program where she eventually graduated with honors and became a licensed journeyman electrician. 

During her career as a journeyman, she worked on several commercial projects which included the health industry, education industry and industrial industry. As of 2008, she has focused on strengthening her experience in energy efficient systems and workforce development skills, while continuing to enhance her electrical and construction management skills.  

She has worked on over 150 residential solar projects in Maryland and Houston Metropolitan area. While at the IEC she was able to learn, develop and implement electrical, solar, fire alarm and lighting retrofit training programs and managed 300 students and 30 instructors. Due to her outstanding work at the IEC she was appointed to sit on the board of the Maryland Training and Apprenticeship Commission (MTAC) by the governor of the state of Maryland. Also, while at Global she was responsible for their Energy Efficient Install division in Houston which included the training, assistance and supervision of the install crews where they installed solar panels, insulation, and other energy saving systems in over 65 homes.

From 2004 on, she has worked on over 800 residential home remodels as a contractor/project manager and on over 1000 residential and commercial electrical installations following blueprints and/or owner’s specifications. Deyanira enjoys reading, going to the beach and is a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
